AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

Dr. Steinberg is a geospatial scientist specializing in the design of spatially-based information management, integration, analysis and visualization systems. He has extensive experience with geospatial analysis technologies, including geographic information systems analysis, and modeling and remotely sensed image analysis, including the use of unmanned autonomous systems (UAS) for mapped data acquisition. Dr. Steinberg remains at the forefront of UAS mapping technologies through his enrollment in professional continuing education classes offered through the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing/George Mason University; he has completed 3.6 units to date.
