Karlene joined the SCCWRP staff in 2006 as an Administrative Analyst, assisting the Executive and Deputy Directors, as well as the administrative staff, in addition to publication management. In 2007, she took on the responsibilities of SCCWRP's Managing Editor, focusing on communication management, Annual Report publication, web content, and document preparation. Ms. Miller received her Masters degree in English Literature from California State University Fullerton, in 1999. Her professional experience includes an extensive administrative background and experience in technical marketing, public-awareness and political campaigns, reviews, feature articles, and post-secondary textbooks, in addition to instructing University and Community College courses in Composition, Critical Thinking, and Marketing.
