As the Administrative Officer Bryan Nece is responsible for the planning and supervision of the agency's business functions. These include financial management, contract administration, purchasing, facilities, and human resources. Bryan joined SCCWRP in June of 1999 after 15 years of experience in financial and business management in the private sector. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
