SCCWRP to be a strategic partner with My Clean Water Act

My Clean Water Act (MCWA) is a program designed to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Clean Water Act through education, advocacy, and outreach activities around the country in 2012. Details and a list of events can be found on Facebook. Around the Clean Water Act anniversary date in late October, SCCWRP is planning to release a retrospective summary document developed in partnership with member agencies on changes in the southern California coastal ocean over the last four decades. Findings from this collaborative effort will also be highlighted at Chapman University’s World Water Day celebration on March 22, and the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry Annual Meeting November 11-15 in Long Beach.
