The Workshop will employ three steps to enhance health and comfort of workshop participants:
- All attendees will need to provide proof of COVID vaccination.
- In addition, everyone must show a negative COVID test result achieved within 24 hours of the meeting start (a photo of the negative test is fine). For those staying at the Workshop hotel, we will provide you test kits at check-in. For those not staying at the hotel, we will have a waiting room at SCCWRP for taking the (15-minute) test prior to entering the conference area. We will also accept photos of a negative test that you arranged elsewhere (e.g., testing yourself before beginning your trip).
- We ask that all participants wear masks while in the meeting room. Meals will be served outdoors.
