Robert is a SCCWRP Programmer who manages data for various regional monitoring programs, automating the processes of data collection, management, and preparation for analysis. He has also contributed to the development and management of various R packages for the scientists at SCCWRP.

He received his B.S. in mathematics from the University of California, Irvine in 2016 and later went on to work at SCCWRP in 2018 while studying for the CompTIA A+ Certification, which he earned in 2019. Robert was hired on full time at SCCWRP in 2019.
